Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Estimated Delivery Time 
We ship worldwide every business day from our warehouse:

Europe: 2-5 business days
Rest of the world: 3-7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Shipping Method
Your order will be shipped using DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over 99 EUR for customers in Norway, the UK, and within the EU. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this amount.

For customers outside these regions, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Duties and customs fees are included for customers in Norway, the UK, and within the EU.

For customers outside these regions, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and will need to be paid upon delivery.

Note: The list of countries we ship to may change due to external factors beyond our control.

Incomplete Deliveries
If anything is missing from your order, please notify us immediately at support@sleepytroll.com.
Include a photo of the contents as they were delivered to you.
 
Damages
Sleepytroll.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
